I had totally forgot my had renters insurance! Once again, Mary walk me through the process of making the changes. All with a very kind tone of voice and in a relaxed and gentle manner. As a sidenote, I happened to be outside of a building on the side of a very, very busy and loud street. She had to keep requesting for me to repeat something because she couldn’t hear it over the traffic noises on my end. I was impressed her tone of voice stayed so courteous through the process. Overall, I came out of the experience receiving more than what I have thought I wanted when I went into it Thank you, Mary!"

"Called them to get a new renter’s insurance today. Told them my existing one was with another agent which was supposed to be cancelled 3 months ago and the backdated cancellation was in progress. So I didn’t want to touch that. They said “I got you” twice, took my information, and said they would call me back in a few minutes. Next thing I know the agent with whom the cancellation was in flight gives me a call to confirm my cancellation and asks me if I need another renters insurance. Logan’s office never calls me back. Understandable that these agents usually know each other so they communicate but this whole thing felt extremely toxic. It felt like I had no privacy or the freedom to take my business elsewhere."
