"Jerilyn is amazing!! Outstanding customer service, enjoyed the experience of changing over my home and vehicle insurance when I usually abhor it. She made it incredibly easy, we received better coverage on both house and truck, the savings was a little over $1300 a year!! I called and talked to another employee and the gentleman was incredibly nice,.knew who I was and called me by name. It seems like everyone at the Logan Blackford office has a really good work ethic as well as superb customer relations, which is a breath of fresh air. "Recently had a bad accident with the last TX ice storm. I ended up having to file two claims for my vehicle. Luckily, I had State Farm! They came through when I needed them and was reliable and very easy to contact with the process and through my repairs. They also connected me to Caliber collision who handled all my repairs. Overall, pretty smooth process. Plus, Jerilyn in the office always provides excellent customer service and support through the process! Thank you, State Farm."
