"I had a dog gone raccoon crawl into the engine bay of my F150 and tear up panels and destroy stuff. It was terrible. Raquel Davila was so helpful and kind. She especially helped me with the technical hurdle of submitting 16 high resolution images of the damage to the company which was harder than you’d think even in today’s super high tech world. Her attitude was that we were going to get it done no matter how difficult it was and amazingly she got it done. She’s good with the technology of today and she works hard. Thanks Raquel!"

Outstanding customer service, enjoyed the experience of changing over my home and vehicle insurance when I usually abhor it.
She made it incredibly easy, we received better coverage on both house and truck, the savings was a little over $1300 a year!!
I called and talked to another employee and the gentleman was incredibly nice,.knew who I was and called me by name.
